An innovative workplace that reflects a creative culture
We were appointed by Waterstons to help them to strengthen their culture in the midst of a fantastic period of growth for the company. Our Performance + skills as well as our Interior Design were commissioned for this project to ensure that the resultant work space would be the best fit possible for the company’s culture. We engaged employees throughout the organisation to understand their pains, gains and goals and we worked with the board to help to define their brief for Liddon Court.
Like GT3 Architects, Waterstons has a strong ‘People first’ ethos which runs throughout the business. Our task was to create spaces that would support people at Waterstons to work flexibly and in a range of settings that foster creativity and collaboration.
Following our Performance + consultation, our design for the space drew upon both practical information and consideration of employees’ perceptions to develop a scheme that also took into account Waterston’s bright and informal brand. The resultant space is modern with a number of task based work spaces that are bespoke to the needs of the business and its people.
