We are currently recruiting for:
Workplace Consultant
Role available in our Newcastle studio
Experience Level: 5+ years working experience in either workplace strategy, design, interior design, corporate real estate occupier consulting, or business analysis. The perfect individual will have worked with large organisations across public and private sector and have experience working with executive/Director level stakeholders.
Role: The role will involve supporting both public and private sector clients across the UK to deliver the best working environments for their employees, by defining their workplace strategy, implementing new models of working, thinking, and organising the workplace to enhance performance and achieve goals.
Must Haves: Exceptional written and graphical communication, project management, organisational and people skills.
Senior Interior Architect
Role available in either Newcastle or Nottingham Studio
Experience Level: 5+ years’ experience working on commercial projects value £1M upwards. The individual should have a strong architectural background.
Role: The role will involve leading and designing on large interior schemes across workplace and Sport & Leisure sectors under the guidance of a director, taking responsibility for all aspects of design and delivery including client and project management.
Must Haves: Strong creative, verbal & Graphic communication, organisational, technical and project management skills (including knowledge of procurement). Revit experience preferred but not essential.
