We are currently recruiting for:

Architects/Technologists
Roles available in both Newcastle and Nottingham studios.
Experience Level: Newly qualified – 8 years
Must Haves: Excellent Revit skills

Part I/II Students
Roles available in both Newcastle and Nottingham studios.
Must Haves: InDesign/Photoshop experience, Revit preferable (not essential), strong design skills and ambition to learn and develop.

Workplace Consultant
Role available in our Newcastle studio
Experience Level: 5+ years working experience in either workplace strategy, design, interior design, corporate real estate occupier consulting, or business analysis. The perfect individual will have worked with large organisations across public and private sector and have experience working with executive/Director level stakeholders.

Role: The role will involve supporting both public and private sector clients across the UK to deliver the best working environments for their employees, by defining their workplace strategy, implementing new models of working, thinking, and organising the workplace to enhance performance and achieve goals.

Must Haves: Exceptional written and graphical communication, project management, organisational and people skills.

Senior Interior Architect
Role available in either Newcastle or Nottingham Studio
Experience Level: 5+ years’ experience working on commercial projects value £1M upwards. The individual should have a strong architectural background.

Role: The role will involve leading and designing on large interior schemes across workplace and Sport & Leisure sectors under the guidance of a director, taking responsibility for all aspects of design and delivery including client and project management.

Must Haves: Strong creative, verbal & Graphic communication, organisational, technical and project management skills (including knowledge of procurement). Revit experience preferred but not essential.

Marketing Manager
Role available in either Newcastle or Nottingham Studio
Experience Level: A minimum of 3 years in a relevant marketing role. Degree-level educated in Marketing, English, or Business Studies (or similar).

Role: A mix of Marketing Strategy, New Business Activities, and Communications, role will suit a driven a dynamic individual looking for their next career move. The role involves working closely with the Head of Marketing to research, generate and deliver a successful annual marketing strategy and budget. The successful candidate will also support new business activity, including identifying project opportunities, content & collateral creation, and supporting physical meetings.

Must Haves: Exceptional written, verbal, and graphic communication, confident communicator, and solid background in generating reports and strategy documents. Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Adobe Premier, After Effects, and/or Illustrator beneficial but not essential.
