This week, we’ve welcomed our new client relationship and development lead, Stephen Parker.
With more than 35 years’ experience in the business sector, Stephen joins us after more than a decade working for tier one contractor Willmott Dixon as its national leisure and hotel sector lead. GT3 Architects have previously worked with Willmott Dixon on a number of award-winning sport and leisure schemes as well as Willmott Dixon’s new Weybridge offices.
Stephen will work with a national remit and form part of our leadership team. Stephen commented:
“I have known and worked with GT3 and its directors for many years and in that time have collaborated to create exciting and award-winning projects so moving over to the firm was an easy decision. We share the same professional understanding and vision so I can’t wait to get started.
“GT3 Architects is known for its people architecture approach to creating spaces which aligns perfectly with my passion for developing strong and supportive client relationships, whilst understanding their needs and objectives.”
After having recently won the prestigious Constructing Excellence ‘People Development’ award for our focus on personal and professional development, Stephen’s appointment will further support our designated sector leads, helping them to continue to deliver their objectives and mentoring members of staff across all levels.
Simon Dunstan, director at GT3 Architects, said:
“Stephen’s appointment indicates our commitment to the growth ambitions of GT3 Architects. We’re delighted to welcome Stephen to the business and look forward to seeing how he can continue to strengthen our offering, both to our key clients and our growing team.”
“Having worked with Stephen on some of our most successful projects while in his previous role, we’re confident that he’ll fit right in and accelerate our business goals for 2022 and beyond.”
