Retrofit of the Year – The Hydro, Harrogate Leisure and Wellness Hub
The Hydro’s transformation has modernised outdated facilities, improved accessibility, and reimagined spaces to create a brighter, more inclusive leisure hub at the heart of Harrogate.
New Build of the Year – Eclipse Leisure Centre
Eclipse is the UK’s largest 50/50 wet and dry leisure centre designed to Passivhaus standards, setting a new benchmark for low-carbon, community-first leisure design.
