Jodie Chapman

After a questionable start in education, Jodie went to the University of Central Lancashire. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, she graduated with a 2:1 and was awarded with CIAT’s ‘Best Student Award’. After graduating, Jodie moved back to the North East and worked for several years in and around Newcastle. In 2016, Jodie took a ‘career break’ to work in the French Alps to fund one of her favourite hobbies, snowboarding. Upon her return, Jodie began her career with GT3 Architects, where she found herself among a lot of like-minded people, who share the same sense of humour and the same interest in hobbies (bikes and snowboards).

Specialisms: Since joining GT3 Architects, Jodie has played a part in improving the BIM capabilities of the practice by introducing new software and plug ins, which help the practice and her colleagues day to day. As well as this, she is very interested in the challenges she faces detailing and taking large projects through to completion.

Personal Ambition: “To become chartered and to try to go 12 months without getting a sport related injury”
