Senior Architect
Jade is a Senior Architect with over 10 years of experience across a variety of sectors including commercial, community, education, and residential. She has led projects from concept through to completion, with hands-on involvement in design development, technical detailing, contract administration, and job running. Since transitioning into the leisure sector, Jade has brought her strong client-architect communication skills into large-scale sports and leisure projects. She plays a key role in the collaborative GT3 team, engaging with clients, stakeholders, and user groups to deliver innovative, functional, and visually engaging environments. Outside of work, Jade enjoys long walks in the local nature reserve with her partner, socialising with friends and family, and the occasional well-earned nap.

Specialisms: Jade specialises in guiding projects through all RIBA work stages, with particular expertise in developing feasibility and concept designs and progressing them through to detailed delivery. She has a strong focus on environmental and passive design, particularly within the leisure sector. Her recent work on the Eclipse Leisure Centre, the world’s largest 50/50 wet and dry Passivhaus-certified leisure facility, demonstrates her commitment to sustainable, high-performance architecture. Jade is also known for her strong graphical and presentation skills, which support clear communication of design principles to clients, project teams, and stakeholders. Her approach is detail-oriented and grounded in building strong, collaborative relationships.
Personal Ambition: “I aspire to become a property developer in my spare time, with further ambition to design and complete my own family home”
