Last week, we brought together a mix of clients, collaborators and GT3 team members for something a little different. Rather than a traditional roundtable or presentation, we swapped meeting rooms for the track at Derby Arena, hosting a beginner track cycling session as a shared experience.
What began with a few nervous faces quickly turned into an energetic and memorable day. Everyone got involved, embraced the challenge and supported one another, with the session sparking conversations that carried through well beyond the track and into the rest of the day.
It was a great reminder of the value of bringing people together in new environments. Shared experiences like this help build stronger connections, encourage open conversation and create moments that last longer than any meeting room discussion.
