This month, GT3’s residential lead Marta Subh-Lopex invited a host of industry professionals to discuss residential regeneration.
Conversations spanned a variety of topics, from challenges posed by planning regulations to city centres leading the way in pedestrian-friendly residential developments aimed at reducing carbon emissions. Additionally, we explored strategies for future-proofing communities, including Regen Partner’s affordable later living model.
The round table was followed by an evening of networking, where conversations continued well into the afternoon.
