Enriching Easingwold.
We were commissioned to deliver a masterplan for York Road in Easingwold, to support ambitions for a mixed-use development to include a new convenience store, petrol filling station, health uses, residential development and public open spaces.
Our Masterplan respected the architectural qualities that already existed within Easingwold, whilst also working to enhance the arrival experience in to the town and to improve access throughout.
