Following our proposed masterplan for the Jesmond Three Sixty site in Newcastle upon Tyne, we were appointed to provide designs for Scottish Life House (Blocks C&D), an island development surrounded on all sides by major highways. The first phase of Scottish Life House (Blocks A &B) was already on site and being developed as a mixed-use space.
Our designs for Blocks C&D sought to build on the success of the existing leisure offering at Scottish Life House, and to substantially refurbish and convert the recently vacated office blocks into a 4-star hotel.
