A workspace shaped by process and identity
From the outset, we worked closely with key stakeholders to shape a workspace that reflects both the organisation’s processes and its wider narrative. Through a detailed consultancy programme undertaken while the CAT-A works were still underway, we explored how the space could support collaboration, wellbeing, and a sense of identity.
The result is a two-floor CAT-B fit-out that expresses the organisation’s story through design, using colour, form, and motifs to reinforce its history and culture. Every detail was carefully considered to create a workspace that is flexible, functional, and inspiring.
