Sustaining a sporting legacy.
Located in the North of Hexham the Hexham Sporting Clubs site occupies a parcel of shrub land part owned by Hexham Golf Club and the Tyneside Athletics Association (TAA). The site is accessed from the South from Eilansgate; bound on the Eastern side by the TAA cricket field and tennis court; to the North by the golf course; to the West by allotment and residential land. The land is part green belt and part strategic green space.
Our proposals (for Jomast Developments and the Sporting Clubs) will bring into use this unused parcel of land into residential use for 30-50 executive housing units with unparalleled views of their sporting neighbours and the stunning Tyne Valley beyond.
Our proposals deliver a new sustainable community without compromising the ongoing functioning of the existing facilities while delivering best value for the land and helping to ensure a long and sustainable future for both clubs.
