Headspace 2026 brought the GT3 team together in Leeds for a day of reflection, collaboration and celebration as we marked an important milestone in our journey: ten years of GT3.
Bringing colleagues together from across our studios, the day gave us an opportunity to pause and look back on everything we’ve achieved over the last decade, while also taking time to think about where we’re heading next.
The morning focused on the evolution of GT3. From our beginnings as a small architectural practice to becoming a multidisciplinary business delivering architecture, interiors and consultancy services across the UK, discussions explored the experiences that have shaped us, the values that continue to guide us and the role People Architecture plays in everything we do.
A series of workshops encouraged everyone to reflect on what makes GT3 unique. Conversations centred on how we want to be perceived, what defines our culture and how we can continue to build on the qualities that have helped us reach this point. It was a valuable opportunity to hear different perspectives from across the practice and consider what the next chapter of GT3 could look like.

After lunch, the focus shifted from discussion to action as teams took part in a city-wide scavenger hunt across Leeds. Colleagues from different studios and disciplines worked together to tackle challenges, explore the city and enjoy some friendly competition along the way. It was a brilliant way to bring people together and create plenty of memorable moments outside of the day-to-day.

The day also included our People Architecture Awards, recognising those who have made a lasting impact through their contribution to the practice and the people around them.
We rounded off the day by celebrating GT3’s tenth birthday. With food, drinks and plenty of stories shared, it was a chance to recognise the people who have helped shape GT3 over the last decade and thank everyone who continues to play a part in its success.
As we enter our second decade, Headspace 2026 served as a reminder that our greatest strength has always been our people. The conversations, ideas and connections made throughout the day reinforced the culture we’ve built together and the foundations that will support whatever comes next.
