As the UK’s largest 50/50 wet and dry leisure centre designed to Passivhaus standards, Eclipse sets a new benchmark for sustainable, community-focused design.
The centre’s hybrid structure of cross-laminated timber (CLT), glulam, and steelwork showcases strength, efficiency, and innovation – all while using 60–70% less energy than a typical new-build leisure facility.
