A planning application has been submitted for the exciting new Spelthorne Leisure Centre in Staines, Surrey.
The design has been informed by Performance +, GT3’s in-house pre-briefing tool, to help tease out the needs of the local community and ensure that the centre is truly fit for purpose (not just a beautiful design!).
Supported by a forward-thinking council and the brilliant team at Gale & Snowden Architects Ltd, the leisure centre has been designed using Passivhaus Principles, contributing towards the borough’s zero-carbon objectives and leading the way for a new wave of sustainable sport & leisure facilities in the UK.
