Stimulating regeneration of the city’s Cathedral Quarter.
We were appointed by Prosperity Capital Partners to deliver designs for a major student accommodation scheme in the heart of Derby City Centre. The development included 350 ensuite bedrooms, communal living areas, laundry space, management offices and storage.
At seven storeys, the development was acknowledged to be a significant project within the city, and was used as a catalyst for regeneration of the city’s historic Cathedral Quarter. Bounded by conservation areas, our Cathedral Road scheme was designed to be sympathetic to the historic surroundings, and to take advantage of spaces afforded as a result of other, nearby developments.
